Rotary Riverside Trail

A forested area along the Riverside Trail, with lush green trees, a small stream, and sunlight filtering through the leaves.

This trail will be one of your favourites - it's in town, has views along the Puntledge River, some stairs, and eventually - quiet forest away from the roar of the river. It's an out-and-back trail that can be done in ~30 minutes, but we will slow way down to enjoy the views and see what plant life we can discover along the way.

Trail stats and terrain to watch out for:

  • Terrain: Stairs ~4 flights

  • Distance: ~3KM

  • Trail type: Out-and-back

  • Time to complete: ~90 minutes

*Please keep in mind that, with this terrain, this is an inaccessible trail for those with mobility aids (walkers, wheelchairs, etc). Those who use a cane or have a lack of balance are encouraged to inquire if this trail is right for them.
